Scorcher Issue 5 Release Party / Reading / Concert 4/10/10

Hi Friends,

Let's talk about this weekend.

As you may know, I have just finished a new issue of my psychedelic porno poetry zine, Scorcher. The new issue (titled I LOVE YOU, YOU LITTLE CROCODILE), is "Kissing Practice, Coded Love Letters, Feline Fantasies, Pornoscopes and Mnemonic Sex Toys. Billy Cheer’s guide to romance."

And it is out now.
If you'd like a copy, you can order one from Birdsong Micropress.
HOWEVER, if you are in NYC, I would much rather you come and get a copy in person, this Saturday.

If you're in town, I'd love to have you come to this awesome event.

In conjunction with this I was also written up in Time Out New York by Beth Greenfield. .

And also a really cute quote in Next Magazine, as well.

And love, always, forever, for East Village Boys.

There's a little excerpt from the new issue on the wonderfully-named queer blog Anti-Twink, courtesy of my rock and roll gal pal Lusty John Russell Darling.

After the party at PPOW, we can all reconvene at QxBxRx, where I'll be working the night-shift (sisters).

This will be super fun.

Then after brunch and recovery and processing the night before, we can all go out again.
Sunday night is a special new party hosted by the catty geniuses over at GAYLETTER.

Gayletter is a cool new queer events listing email list in NYC who put really cool parties out there. I am lucky to have been featured there before and am very happy to be included in this their historical 40th issue. Go to their website to subscribe.

I'm getting a little tired just reading all this!
I want a popsicle, a slushie, a frozen banana.
